Welcome to Snoozly! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Snoozly mobile application ("App") provided by JustFox, a trade name of VirtualOx B.V. ("we", "our", or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Snoozly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Snoozly is a baby sleep companion app that provides:

Soothing sleep sounds
Night light functionality
Voice recording features
Visual sleep animations
Sleep timer functionality

3. User Requirements

To use Snoozly, you must:

Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
Have a compatible iOS device (iOS 17.0 or later)
Have an Apple ID for downloading and purchases

4. Free and Premium Features

Free Version: Includes a selection of sounds, basic night light, one voice recording slot, and the starry sky animation.

Premium Subscription: Unlocks all sounds, all animations, unlimited recordings, and future content updates.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
Subscription prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. You can request a refund through your Apple ID purchase history within 14 days of purchase.

7. User Content

Voice recordings you create are stored locally on your device. You retain all rights to your recordings. We do not access, store, or share your recordings.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer or decompile the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Distribute or share the App's audio content outside the App

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Snoozly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide a safe and reliable experience:

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
We are not responsible for device-specific issues
The App is not a medical device and should not replace professional medical advice

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Safety Notice

Always supervise your baby during sleep. Snoozly is a sleep aid tool and does not replace parental supervision. Follow safe sleep guidelines from pediatric health organizations.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
